I’ve been a geek my whole life – I taught myself computer programming in elementary school – but I started helping folks professionally in 2006. In Vermont where I grew up, I worked with a team of five technicians responsible for full outsourced IT services for 15 to 20 organizations.

This included small businesses with just a few employees, larger businesses with multiple locations across New England, non-profits with limited budgets, and municipalities with strict requirements. Each of these had different, unique needs, from the simplest Chromebook setup for a school to complex and highly secure infrastructure for a police department.

I started Always On Tech there in 2016 because many businesses also wanted help at night and my employer was more of a 9-5 operation. I also started helping people in their homes, like elderly individuals who want a patient teacher to help them learn technology.

When my personal life brought me to Kennebunk I saw the same needs here. So after talking it over with locals and receiving a ton of support, I resurrected Always On Tech in this great community. Thank you for your support!
